Edo State NIPR Chapter Congratulates The Governor-Elect Sen. Monday Okpebholo

The Edo State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has extended its heartfelt congratulations to Senator Monday Okpebholo on his recent and well-deserved victory as Governor-elect of Edo State, Nigeria.

In an official statement signed by the State Chairman, Dr. James-Wisdom Abhulimen, and was made available to the media by the State Publicity Committee Chairman Mr. Paul Okojie.

The State Chairman of NIPR encouraged Senator Okpebholo to be gracious in victory by embracing all stakeholders, irrespective of political affiliation, as he prepares to take on the responsibilities of his new office.

He also urged the Governor-elect to lead an inclusive government that welcomes diverse opinions and perspectives. According to the NIPR Gaffer, fostering unity and inclusivity will be vital in building a prosperous and united Edo State.

In addition, the Institute advised Senator Okpebholo to assemble a team of technocrats who possess integrity, experience, and a passion for service, ensuring that his administration is guided by expertise and dedication in pursuing his vision of “A New Edo State is Rising.”

The Chairman also emphasized the importance of continuity, recommending that the Governor-elect prioritize the completion of ongoing developmental projects initiated by the outgoing administration of Governor Godwin Obaseki. This, they noted, would demonstrate his commitment to progress and sustainable development.
Assuring him of their unwavering support, the NIPR pledged to provide professional expertise and guidance to enhance communication strategies and governance during his tenure.

The Institute concluded by offering prayers for divine wisdom, good health, and grace for Senator Okpebholo, wishing him success as he prepares to lead Edo State into a new era of growth and development.
