Benin City- A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Felix Osazee Igbinovia, popularly known as Sazy, is set to formally declare his intention to contest for the House of Representatives seat representing Egor/Ikpoba-Okha Federal Constituency.
