Uromi- The Labour Party’s Edo Central Senatorial candidate, Hon. Paul Omo Okojie, has confirmed he will be on the ballot for Saturday’s bye-election following a High Court order compelling INEC to recognize the Julius Abure-led leadership and upload the party’s candidates.
“The court has spoken, Labour Party is fully on the ballot, and I am the duly nominated candidate,” Okojie said. “Ignore the lies; on Saturday, we vote for real change in Edo Central.”
The ruling, delivered, ordered INEC to grant access codes to upload candidates for the Edo Central poll and other elections. Okojie urged supporters to turn out massively, describing the election as “a chance to break the cycle of failed representation.”
