ITV/Radio Pays Courtesy Visit to Egor LGA Chairman Ahead of End-of-year Awards

The Secretariat of Egor Local Government Area, Uselu, was aglow on Tuesday as a delegation from Independent Television and Radio (ITV/Radio), led by Pastor Thomas Sadoh, paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman, Hon. Osaro Osa Eribo. The visit was to formally inform the Chairman about the media organization’s upcoming End-of-Year Get-Together and Award Ceremony.

Pastor Sadoh acknowledged the long-standing partnership between ITV/Radio and Egor Local Government, commending the council’s support for media growth, civic enlightenment, and community development. He noted that the station is eager to deepen this productive relationship as preparations for the annual ceremony intensify.

The delegation explained that the event aims to appreciate supporters, celebrate milestones, and honour individuals and institutions that have made notable contributions to societal advancement. They extended a formal invitation to Hon. Eribo and solicited the council’s participation and support for the success of the programme.

Responding, Hon. Osaro Osa Eribo commended ITV/Radio for its professionalism, consistency, and dedicated service to the people of Edo State. He described the media house as a reliable partner in public sensitization and grassroots information dissemination. The Chairman assured the delegation that the council remains open to collaborations that foster development, strengthen unity, and positively project Egor Local Government.

He further affirmed the administration’s willingness to contribute meaningfully to the success of the event, emphasizing that supporting initiatives that add value to society aligns with the council’s developmental agenda.

The visit ended on a warm and cordial note, with both parties expressing optimism for a memorable and impactful end-of-year celebration.
