Edo State Government Announces Management Team for New Edo Line Ltd

Benin City – The Edo State Government has officially announced the commencement of operations for the New Edo Line Ltd, effective from June 27, 2025. This follows a directive by the Executive Governor of the state, Senator Monday Okpebholo.

In a special announcement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq., a new management team has been appointed to lead the company into its operational phase.

The newly appointed management team includes:

  1. Imuetinyan Otuomagie – Managing Director/CEO
  2. Sunday Anetor – General Manager (Administration)
  3. Henry Ozara Obozoakhai – General Manager (Operations)
  4. Opitoke Marian – General Manager (Finance and Accounts)
  5. UgberEase Sylvester Osezua – Company Secretary

According to the statement, the team has been tasked with bringing their extensive experience to ensure effective and efficient service delivery in their respective roles. The appointments take immediate effect.

The launch of New Edo Line Ltd is seen as a strategic step towards enhancing public transportation and logistics services across the state and beyond.
